The core values of Aligned Capital Partnership are deeply ingrained principles that guide all of Aligned Capital Partnership’s actions – with co-investors, with portfolio investment companies, with service providers and with all other stakeholders and people Aligned Capital Partnership interacts with. The core values serve as cultural cornerstones. They are inherent and sacrosanct – they will never be compromised, neither for convenience or economic gain.
Leaving home at the age of 15 to join the merchant navy as a cadet with Maersk, one of the largest companies in Denmark, I learned at an early age what it means to work hard, to sacrifice and to work thoughtfully with others, as well as the importance of perseverance. This has shaped the way I seek to live my life and run Aligned Capital Partnership, and it governs the way the Aligned Capital Partnership interacts with its co-investors and invests for the Aligned Capital Partnership Investment Trust.
